Data Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the product manager to understand data quality requirements, data sources, and maintenance needs. - Analyze customer data enhancements and identify white space opportunities. - Perform HCP segmentation analysis for existing customers. - Develop quality checks, validation rules, and processes to ensure data quality. - Configure web scrapes and ETL pipelines to integrate data sources into the systems. - Document the processes mentioned above with precision. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics within the Pharma Industry. - Strong understanding of the Pharma Industry. - Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach, particularly when dealing with data. - Previous experience with Web-scraping. - Proficiency in SQL & Python. - Ability to interpret and follow written instructions, seek clarification as needed, and evaluate the output of a Web scrape against the written requirements. - Capacity to document work clearly and precisely. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
