AM and DM-Architecture

As an Architectural professional, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documentation. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams for project execution. - Review and manage architectural drawings, approval drawings, and construction documentation. - Ensure compliance with CMDA byelaws, local authority regulations, and statutory norms. - Conduct site visits and provide support for site-related architectural activities. - Participate in design discussions, planning reviews, and project coordination meetings. - Monitor project progress and address design-related issues during execution. - Support the team in achieving project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
