About the role
As an Architectural professional, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documentation. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams for project execution. - Review and manage architectural drawings, approval drawings, and construction documentation. - Ensure compliance with CMDA byelaws, local authority regulations, and statutory norms. - Conduct site visits and provide support for site-related architectural activities. - Participate in design discussions, planning reviews, and project coordination meetings. - Monitor project progress and address design-related issues during execution. - Support the team in achieving project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience. - Hands-on experience in architectural planning and detailing, preparation of drawings and design documentation, coordination with consultants and project stakeholders, site execution and project coordination, approval drawings, and statutory compliance. - Good knowledge of CMDA bye-laws and approval processes. - Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related tools. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
