Role Summary Vega Sega Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and minimum 2 projects full life-cycle implementation experience. The consultant will implement, support, and enhance Oracle Financials, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 Financials implementations (min. 1 projects full life-cycle) Functional expertise in: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Management (CM) Fixed Assets (FA) Requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design Configure Oracle Financial modules as per business needs Prepare functional documentation (BRD, FRD, Setup docs, Test cases) Work with technical teams for RICEW development Functional testing, UAT support, Go-Live & post-production support Support month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Required Skills & Qualifications 3-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials Minimum 1 projects full life-cycle implementation experience Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM Good accounting and financial process knowledge Ability to work with technical teams on extensions/integrations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred / Good to Have Oracle Financials R12 certification Experience with India Localization (GST, TDS) Experience in R12 upgrades/rollouts Basic SQL knowledge CA / MBA (Finance) is a plus Education Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent
