Role Overview We are seeking a Junior AI-Driven Full-Stack Engineer who is hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable building real systems—not demos. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who already ship projects, leverage AI-assisted development, and want exposure to modern AI architectures, agent workflows, and scalable cloud systems. This is not a training-only role. You will be expected to build, iterate, and contribute to production-grade solutions with a high level of autonomy. Key Responsibilities • Build and iterate on AI-powered SaaS and internal platforms using AI-assisted development tools • Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, MCP, or equivalent orchestration frameworks • Integrate and fine-tune open-source LLMs (DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama 3, Phi-3, FinGPT) • Develop scalable backend services (Node.js, Python) and modern frontends (React.js, Tailwind CSS, Next.js) • Implement real-time and data-intensive pipelines using Kafka, Redis Streams, vector databases (e.g., Weaviate) • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Docker and Kubernetes-based infrastructure • Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, Replit) to accelerate development responsibly • Proactively research emerging tools and architectures to improve system efficiency and delivery speed Required Qualifications • Early-career engineer or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience • Strong GitHub presence demonstrating original projects (AI agents, LLM integrations, SaaS apps, automation, or production-grade systems) • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, Replit) • Working knowledge of LLMs and open-source AI models • Experience across backend (Node.js and/or Python) and frontend (React.js, Tailwind CSS, Next.js) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized workflows • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and deliver without constant supervision • Builder mindset — you ship, iterate, and improve continuously Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory) • Experience with LangGraph, MCP, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks • Exposure to Kafka, Redis Streams, vector databases, or real-time systems • Prior work on multi-tenant SaaS or AI-driven products What We Offer • Hands-on ownership of real-world AI systems and applications • Mentorship from senior engineers and AI architects • Exposure to production AI, agentic workflows, and cloud-scale systems • Clear growth path into a full-time, long-term engineering role • Competitive compensation aligned with impact and performance Important Note This role is not for resume padding .
