Senior Product Manager

Why This Role Matters We are seeking a Product Manager with strong experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and exposure to both fintech and traditional banking environments. The ideal candidate brings structured product thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the digital lending lifecycle. You will own product strategy and execution for key LOS modules in a SaaS environment serving banks and NBFCs. The Hats You Will Wear Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, execution, launch, and optimization Define and drive product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements Translate complex banking and fintech workflows into clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success teams Ensure scalability, configurability, and SaaS best practices across deployments The Perfect Fit 3-7 years Product Management experience Hands-on exposure to Loan Origination Systems Strong understanding of lending lifecycle (Retail/SME/Digital) Experience working with banks or fintech lenders Your Edge Over the Rest Experience building SaaS products Prior exposure to Banking LOS platforms RBI regulatory understanding Data-driven mindset (SQL is a plus) Our Story Vegapay Technology is a financial technology company. He is having more than 20 yrs of experience and has worked with organisations like Zeta, Matchmove, Mastercard, Amex and ICICI Bank. Himanshu Agrawal - Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology. He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 14 yrs of experience working with organisations like Amazon and DE Shaw. Puneet Sharma - Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 12 years of experience working with organisations like BharatPe, Avail Finance.
