Key Responsibilities

Build and ship backend services and product features, understand the business needs and the business model.

Collaborate cross-functionally with design and product teams

Drive key decisions around infrastructure, testing, and scalability

Tech in our stack

Event-driven architecture leveraging AWS EventBridge. Backend composed of lambda functions written in go. Infrastructure as code using CDK. Frontend in Typescript and React.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage startups or small engineering teams

• Familiarity with Docker, CDK, and production-grade deployment

• Background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, AI tools, or developer platforms

• Education

• Master of Science in Computer Science, or Bachelor in presence of exceptional achievements (e.g. started a company as primary tech operator).

• Non-CS education considered only in case of proven track record in building tech.

• This role is not for:

• Engineering managers, Product managers, Coordinator-like role
