JSP, CSS, XML, HTML, AngularJSSkills to provide FTP setup, support and troubleshooting for data transfer using protocols such as FTP, FTPS, SFTP and PGP encryption.Software Support Engineer (Techops) (L3 - Support engineer) Exp: 4-10yrs Location : Hyderabad CTC: max 12LPA Responsibilities Interact with the Product Analysis, Product Development and the Quality Assurance teams between Ireland, Bulgaria, and India. Work with the Support and Implementation teams based in Ireland, U.S. and Singapore, via daily scrum meetings. Contribute to scrum sessions and the overall improvement in our technical support process. Providing pre and post technical support for major SaaS releases and occasional shift rotations. Experiences and Skills 7 - 10 years of experience in Application Support for enterprise products (L3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge. Java, GIT, IntelliJ, JIRA/Zendesk/BitBucket, Jenkins JBoss Application Server, Apache, and Oracle SP, CSS, XML, HTML, AngularJS Experience: - software L-3 support enginner: 10 years (required) Ability to Commute: - Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred) Ability to Relocate: - Hyderabad, Telangana: Relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person .
