Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate successfully with employees from other departments (Technical & Business Teams) Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Career oriented individual looking for a long-term association. Ability to understand the client query and communicate/share the required information. Preparing daily, monthly reports and trackers Overall coordination for all kind of Service Desk Backend functionality Preferred candidate profile ITIL knowledge will be an added advantage.
