Product Manager

Role & responsibilitie: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and business teams. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring continuous prioritization based on business value. Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver product releases. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Agile Scrum practices. Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvements. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for product innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and ensure timely delivery. Support product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring successful go-to-market execution. Required Skills 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies (Mandatory). Experience managing the complete product lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience creating PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, and product documentation. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have Exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) concepts or AI-powered product development. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI integrations in products. Experience working on AI-enabled features or products is an added advantage. Preferred Skills Experience working with SaaS, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Products. Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.
