About the role
Senior Snowflake Engineer (AI & Data Cloud) Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 3 Years in Snowflake) Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Mandatory Skills 5+ years of Data Engineering experience with 3+ years in Snowflake. Strong expertise in Snowflake Architecture, Snowpark (Python/SQL), and Advanced SQL. Hands-on experience with Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Snowpipe Streaming, and COPY INTO. Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, AI_COMPLETE, AI_EMBED, RAG). Strong knowledge of Query Optimization, Performance Tuning, and Virtual Warehouse Optimization. Experience implementing Snowflake Horizon (Dynamic Data Masking, Row-Level Security, Data Governance). Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud storage integrations. Experience with dbt, Airflow, or Apache Iceberg is an added advantage. Preferred: SnowPro Core or Snowflake Certified Data Engineer certification.
