About the role
Role & responsibilities Design and develop boilers, air preheaters, economisers, pressure parts, boiler components, heat exchangers, and other industrial products from concept to manufacturing. Lead New Product Development (NPD) activities, including concept generation, design validation, prototyping, and product optimization. Prepare detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Perform engineering design calculations, material selection, and technical analysis. Develop innovative, cost-effective, and manufacturing-friendly product designs. Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturability. Support product testing, validation, and continuous design improvements. Ensure all designs comply with applicable engineering standards, codes, and customer requirements.
