Job Information Work Experience 5 - 7 Years Date Opened 07/22/2026 Industry IT Services Job Type Staff Aug Consultant City Chennai State/Province Tamil Nadu Country India Zip/Postal Code 600001 Job Description Engineer, Security Operations Exp: 4-6 Yrs Location: Chennai/Blore Requirements - Assess and identify privacy risks within organizational systems and client products and services. - Drive privacy risk management within client. - Design and implement privacy controls especially privacy related security controls. - Define and implement Privacy procedures and processes within client Information Security. - Create approach and solution for measuring and reporting privacy controls effectiveness on an ongoing basis. - Review and assess effectiveness of Privacy controls as per client policies and standards. - Report on privacy risks and posture within Client InfoSec. - Work with client internal partners to implement Privacy related controls, processes within client products and services. - Automate security, privacy controls, data and processes to provide better metrics and enhance operational support. - Work with application security engineers and developers to integrate privacy practices into DevOps life cycle. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for implemented security, privacy controls and processes. - Gather, document, structure and present evidence required in support of privacy compliance objectives and requirements. - Participate in and support security incident management as and where needed. - Assist in investigating and resolving routine privacy questions and inquiries. - Coordinate and track all privacy-related audits. Skill - Experience in Information Security and Privacy domains - Experience in cloud native setting. - Interpret laws and regulations and business requirements to arrive at Privacy requirements - Writing privacy policies, standards and guidelines - Design and deployment of privacy controls and guardrails - Exposure to privacy laws and regulatory, industry frameworks such as DPDPA, NIST Privacy Framework. .
