About the role
Hands on Experience building Bots using Google DF Platform and integrate with Genesys PureCloud or any IVR system. Minimum exp 3-7 years, Working Experience in Google dialog workflows for interaction and routing. Development experience in Java,node.js would be must for Integration. Experience in DevOps deployment pipes in MS Azure or AWS,would be must for this role.
