Job Title : Assistant Manager Generative AI / AI-ML Engineer Experience : 6 - 8.5 Years Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Gurgaon. Interview Details : Face-to-Face Interview in Hyderabad on 4th July 2026. Compensation : Up to 27 LPA, and up to 32 LPA for candidates from Product-Based Companies. Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI / AI-ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI Assistants, Chatbots, Agentic AI solutions, and enterprise-grade GenAI applications using modern frameworks and Azure cloud services. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI applications. - Build AI Assistants, Chatbots, and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs. - Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. - Develop scalable AI workflows using Python and modern ML frameworks. - Integrate Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and other LLM services into enterprise applications. - Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies. - Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search systems. - Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams for AI-driven solutions. - Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for performance and accuracy. - Participate in architecture discussions and solution design. Required Skills : - Strong Python programming expertise. - Hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and Deep Learning. - Experience with : 1. Scikit-learn 2. Pandas 3. NumPy 4. TensorFlow 5. PyTorch - Strong experience with : 1. Generative AI (GenAI) 2. Large Language Models (LLMs) 3. Prompt Engineering 4. AI Agents 5. AI Assistants 6. Chatbot Development - Hands-on experience with : 1. LangChain 2. RAG Frameworks 3. Vector Databases 4. Embeddings 5. Semantic Search. - Experience with GitHub Copilot and Google Gemini. - Strong Azure expertise (Mandatory). - Azure OpenAI experience (Preferred). - Experience with cloud integration and deployment.
