Position:Claude Enterprise Administrator Department:Information Technology (IT) Employment Type:Full-Time Experience:8+ Years Location:lucknow About the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedClaude Enterprise Administratorto manage, administer, and govern our Claude Enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day deployment, administration, security integration, and governance of the Claude Enterprise tenant while ensuring optimal platform performance, compliance, and user support. This role requires close collaboration with IT, Security, and Business teams to drive enterprise AI adoption and maintain operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage theClaude Enterpriseplatform and tenant.Perform day-to-day deployment, configuration, maintenance, and platform administration.Manage user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity integration.Implement and maintain enterprise security policies, governance, and compliance standards.Integrate Claude Enterprise with enterprise authentication and security systems (SSO, MFA, IAM, etc.).Monitor platform usage, prepare analytics, and generate utilization reports for management.Ensure platform availability, performance, and operational stability.Lead application support activities and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend AI-enabled solutions.Prepare functional specifications, system designs, project estimates, and implementation plans.Conduct system analysis and recommend software technology improvements.Research emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for enterprise adoption.Develop and enforce IT administrative policies, security procedures, and governance frameworks.Prepare activity, progress, and operational reports for senior management.Provide technical guidance and performance feedback to project and support teams.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and regulatory requirements.Required SkillsStrong experience inClaude Enterprise Administration.Experience withSAS Securityand enterprise security frameworks.Expertise inPlatform Usage Analytics and Reporting.Experience withChatGPT Enterprise Administrationor similar Enterprise AI platforms.Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, MFA, Active Directory, Azure AD, or Okta.Experience with enterprise governance, compliance, and security integration.Strong understanding of enterprise application administration and support.Experience in system analysis, solution design, and implementation.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree inComputer Science,Management Information Systems (MIS),Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum8 years of experiencein Systems Development, Enterprise Application Administration, or Application Support.Experience administering enterprise AI platforms or enterprise SaaS applications is highly preferred.Relevant cloud, security, or enterprise administration certifications are an added advantage.Preferred SkillsEnterprise AI GovernanceData Privacy & ComplianceCloud Administration (AWS, Azure, or GCP)ITIL ProcessesProject ManagementVendor ManagementRisk Assessment & Security ComplianceReporting & Dashboard Development .
