About the role
As a UI/UX Developer in our team, your primary responsibility will be to bring CX Design ideas to life by developing proofs of concept and testing them with customers. You will conduct research to stay updated on customer experience trends and incorporate best practices into customer-centric design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work on multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision - Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders - Partner closely with designers to create realistic prototypes for testing and validation Qualifications Required: - Strong Mid-Level or Senior Angular Developer with at least 7 years of experience - Proficiency in Angular 7+, NgRX, RsJX, HTML, SCSS, NPM, Git, TypeScript, and Unit Test Cases (Jasmine, Karma) - Experience working with Kendo UI for Angular - Familiarity with BitBucket for code and pipeline management - Ability to work independently or in a team setting, and task switch based on priorities - Strong written and verbal English proficiency - Leadership qualities and a proactive mindset Additional Details: The company is based in Faridabad and is looking for individuals who are self-starters, self-directed learners, and can deliver under pressure and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be proficient in Photoshop and Figma, and aspire to lead a team of front-end developers in the future.
