As a GenAI Product Manager, your role will involve leading the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for GenAI-based products and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI products. - Lead the development of AI chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and enterprise AI applications. - Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven product features and use cases. - Implement and optimize LLM-based solutions, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering strategies. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify emerging AI trends. - Prioritize product features, manage backlogs, and oversee end-to-end product lifecycle. - Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption, performance, and business impact. - Ensure responsible AI practices, scalability, governance, and compliance in AI product implementations. - Communicate product strategy, updates, and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in Product Management with exposure to AI/ML-based products. - Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, AI agents, and conversational AI systems. - Hands-on experience with AI chatbots, copilots, RAG frameworks, and Prompt Engineering. - Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, AI workflows, and modern AI ecosystems. - Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, and data-driven product development. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
