About the role
Role & responsibilities The Team Leader Civil Projects will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple civil construction projects, including corporate office infrastructure, pharmaceutical injectable plant facilities, and farmhouse developments. The role demands strong technical expertise, project management capability, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Preferred candidate profile Key Responsibilities A. Project Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end execution of civil works across: Corporate office projects Pharma injectable plant construction (GMP-compliant) Farmhouse and residential developments Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution Develop project schedules, resource plans, and milestones Ensure adherence to approved timelines and budgets B. Technical & Quality Management Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality standards for pharmaceutical projects Supervise civil activities such as RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and structural works Implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures Conduct regular site inspections and audits C. Vendor & Contractor Management Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Evaluate contractor performance and ensure work as per contract terms Verify RA bills, material reconciliation, and certifications D. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit: Daily/weekly/monthly progress reports DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) Project documentation and handover records Maintain records of drawings, approvals, and site changes
