IT Support Engineer

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager or Senior IT Support Engineer, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, system updates, and administration to support reliable IT service. Support monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services. Assist in implementing and managing cybersecurity and data protection procedures under guidance. Support incident response and security threat remediation under supervision. Assist with IT infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives. Support vendor and stakeholder communication activities. Follow professional IT management practices and compliance rules. Maintain awareness of current IT infrastructure practices and emerging technologies.

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, or relevant IT certifications (or currently pursuing).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure (or recent graduate with relevant coursework). Cloud knowledge and willingness to develop expertise. Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or entry-level cloud certifications. Hands-on experience or familiarity with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD, VMware, AWS, or similar technologies. Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation. Good communication skills and ability to work with team members. Ability to communicate in written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.
