QA Analyst - Manual Tester

You will execute manual testing processes to ensure software quality and requirement alignment. ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute detailed test cases and test plans based on business and technical requirements.Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and system testing, to identify defects.Document, report, and track software defects through to resolution.Collaborate with product and development teams to clarify requirements and identify testable scenarios.Present testing reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.Required Skills1.5 to 5 years of experience in manual software testing.Proficiency in manual, regression, and system testing techniques.Ability to convert business requirements into effective test cases.Experience using defect tracking and test management tools.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of automation testing.
