About the role
As a Technical Lead, your role involves leading a team and driving technical excellence to deliver high-quality solutions for complex projects. Your expertise in Python development and full-stack experience will be crucial in developing scalable applications and maintaining server-side solutions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python. - Proven experience in full-stack development, including back-end technologies. - Experience in client handling and managing tech teams. - Proficiency in cloud services (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of database technologies, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB). - Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines and data pipelines with best practices. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a capacity for critical and creative thinking. - Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS).
