Senior AI Engineer Specialist

Key Responsibilities AI Architecture & Development Architect and implement modular LLM pipelines , including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, fine-tuning, and orchestration. Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, tool use (e.g., APIs, plugins), and multi-step task execution. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems — from prototyping to production deployment, observability, and optimization. Evaluate and integrate emerging frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel to enhance AI capability. Ensure performance, scalability, safety, and traceability of LLM-based systems in production environments. Collaboration & Innovation Partner with data science , platform engineering , and product teams to embed AI solutions across Esko's ecosystem. Stay at the forefront of AI and LLM research trends to influence Esko's AI strategy and technology roadmap. Contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in AI engineering and deployment. Focus Areas Generative design automation (e.g., automatic artwork creation, layout optimization). Intelligent workflow orchestration across packaging lifecycle processes. AI-based business process enhancement for productivity and efficiency.
