Senior Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise software systems. Provide coaching on assessing business impact versus effort and prioritizing functional requests. Collaborate with other senior architects to define frameworks, standards, and best practices. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions on business operations. Write custom scripts, APIs, and middleware solutions. Create and manage data migration requirements. Serve as Scrum Master to monitor projects and ensure timely delivery. Conduct feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and planning for development tasks. Write maintainable code and perform peer code reviews, unit and integration testing. Implement unit testing, API documentation, deployment approaches, and maintain programming documentation. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalations. Communicate effectively with product owners, QA, support, and other departments. Mentor and coach solution architects and team members. Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, and performance standards, adhering to SILC guidelines. Stay updated on product releases and industry best practices.
