Key Responsibilities Monitor and optimize the performance and health of cloud and network systems to ensure seamless operations. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers. Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components. Collaborate with team members to ensure reliability, stability, and efficiency of cloud-based and network systems. Document technical issues, solutions, and processes to support team knowledge sharing. Support the team in adopting best practices for IT service delivery management. Learn and adapt to emerging technologies and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
