About the role
As an Associate IT Administrator at the company, your role will involve providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, operating systems, and user systems. Additionally, you will manage user accounts, system access, passwords, and email configurations. Monitoring and maintaining LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, performing basic network troubleshooting, ensuring regular system updates, antivirus management, backups, and overall IT system functionality will also be part of your key responsibilities. Moreover, you will maintain IT inventory, asset records, and related documentation, as well as coordinate with vendors for IT assets, repairs, and maintenance activities. Supporting employees with day-to-day IT queries and technical assistance, assisting in maintaining network security, and overall IT infrastructure are essential aspects of this role.
