About the role

We at Verdantas, looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop. Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions. Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps). Leverage Dataverse connectors for secure, scalable data integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions. Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security. Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions. Core Competencies Technical: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs. UI/UX Design: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces. Governance: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing. Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments. Required Qualifications BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field. 5-8 years of experience in related domain. Location and Work Set-up Pune, Maharashtra, India Work Mode: In Office
