IT System Intern

Role: IT System Intern Department: IT & Infrastructure Location: Mumbai, India Type: Internship (Full-Time) Duration: 6 Months (Opportunity for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance) Role Overview We are seeking a proactive IT System Intern to support our internal IT team with desktop troubleshooting, user administration, system setups, and asset tracking. Key Responsibilities User Support: Provide technical support for hardware, OS (Windows/Mac/Linux), network, and software issues. System Provisioning: Assist in setting up and deploying laptops, software, and tools for new joiners. Access Management: Help manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions in Google Workspace / M365. Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records for IT hardware, peripherals, and access cards. Maintenance: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, office IT setup, and security updates. Requirements Pursuing or completed a Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (B.Sc IT, BCA, B.E.). Basic knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN). Good troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills. High attention to detail and eagerness to learn enterprise IT systems.
