CRM Configuration & Release Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Vericence, you will play a crucial role in managing a large, fast-moving Salesforce org in a DevOps-driven environment. You will be responsible for platform configuration, release management, and CI/CD discipline. This hands-on senior role requires you to be the technical anchor of the SF team, focusing on ensuring the smooth functioning of the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: - Own day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls - Design and maintain declarative automation through Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects - Lead release management across sandboxes using a modern Salesforce DevOps toolchain - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, including managing version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments - Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions - Drive code quality, deployment reliability, and rollback readiness while reducing manual deployment efforts - Troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and conduct root cause analyses - Maintain documentation, governance standards, and audit readiness for the Salesforce environment Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience on enterprise orgs - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 mandatory); Advanced Admin (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder strongly preferred - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps with experience in SF CLI - Solid understanding of Git-based version control and CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines) - Deep comprehension of Salesforce metadata, deployment models, and sandbox strategy - Proficiency in Service Cloud and experience supporting global teams across time zones - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact directly with onshore stakeholders Additional Company Details: Vericence is a digital engineering and technology consulting firm that collaborates with global organizations to provide high-impact technology solutions.
