Quality Assurance Engineer - Airtable

QA Engineer with Airtable Expertise Employment Type : Full-Time / Contract Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on Airtable experience to support the testing, validation, and optimization of business applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, experience working with Airtable databases and automations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web-based applications and business workflows. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Validate Airtable bases, records, views, interfaces, and automation workflows. - Test Airtable integrations with third-party applications and APIs. - Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met. - Verify data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. - Support the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and test reports. - Participate in release validation and post-deployment testing activities. - Recommend process improvements to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications : - 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Application Testing. - Hands-on experience working with Airtable, including : 1. Bases and Tables 2. Views and Interfaces 3. Automations 4. Data Management and Validation - Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies. - Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios. - Ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot software defects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Airtable API integrations. - Exposure to automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar workflow platforms. - Experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana. - Basic SQL or database testing experience. - Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman. - Experience supporting US-based clients or distributed teams.
