In this role, you will drive engineering excellence, lead high-performing teams, and build scalable SaaS products leveraging modern cloud technologies. Required Qualifications 15+ years of software product development experience. 510 years of people management experience. Strong expertise in cloud-native SaaS platforms. Experience with Java and/or Python. Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices. Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong Agile and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead product engineering teams. Drive Agile delivery and engineering best practices. Design and build scalable microservices architectures. Collaborate with product leadership.
