Interested candidates can share their updated resume at anjali.pal@verint.com Job Description We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team working on cloud-native platforms and distributed systems. The role combines technical leadership with people management and requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, software engineering, and platform operations. Responsibilities Lead a team of Software, DevOps, and DataOps Engineers. Drive architecture and technical decisions. Design and operate cloud-native services and distributed systems. Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices. Manage Kubernetes-based environments. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders. Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence. Lead incident management and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 8+ years- 15 Years experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or related areas. 2+ years experience managing engineering teams. Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container technologies. Experience with AWS and/or Azure. Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python. Experience building cloud-native and microservices-based applications. CI/CD, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps and ArgoCD. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
