About the role
Identify hardware and software components based on user needs; install, upgrade, maintain hardware and software; monitor system operations to detect issues and ensure systems reliability/optimization; and perform hardware and software maintenance.
Proficient in Angular 11, SCSS, HTML5, PostgreSQL, AppDynamics, Grafana, DataDog, and Ansible. MS in CS, IT, relev. Engg. field, or equiv./related field and 1 year of relevant experience.
Travel required to unanticipated U.S. work sites.
