What youll be doing.: - Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. - Identifying design problems and devise elegant solutions. - Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. - Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Understanding product specifications and user psychology - Conducting concept and usability testing & gather feedback - Creating personas through user research and data - Defining the right interaction model and evaluate its success - Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability) - Working with UI designers/developers to implement attractive designs - Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders. - Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers - Keeping abreast of competitor products and industry trends - Experiencing working in an Agile/Scrum development setting. Youll need to have: - Bachelors degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience. - Three or more years of relevant UX design experience. - Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, InVision, Figma, and the like is a must. - Basic Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skill .
