As a member of the Verizon team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of processes and layouts for complex, large-scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research purposes. Your role will involve working with key stakeholders to generate hypotheses and create analytic models that answer impactful business questions. Additionally, you will manage a small team of employees, planning work and dividing tasks among team members. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the design and implementation of business data models, providing support and guidance to your team. - Collaborate with internal teams and peers to determine business needs and develop data models and solutions. - Determine the team's strategy and oversee execution, driving standards and principles for model development, validation, and implementation. - Drive continuous improvement by leveraging the latest industry knowledge and methods in AI and data modeling. - Ensure the organization meets leadership's metrics, including administrative, auditory, and KPIs.
