Position: Senior Manager IT Cloud Experience:15+ Years Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Department:Information Technology / Cloud Infrastructure Employment Type:Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager IT Cloud with 15+ years of experience incloud technologies, infrastructure management, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidatewill lead cloud strategy, architecture, migration, security, operations, and optimization across enterpriseenvironments while managing high-performing technical teams and ensuring business continuity. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the organization's cloud strategy, architecture, governance, and operationalframework. Lead the design, deployment, migration, and management of cloud infrastructure across platformssuch as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Drive cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and costoptimization. Manage cloud infrastructure operations, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization,backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Establish cloud security policies, compliance frameworks, and governance standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align cloud initiatives withorganizational goals. Lead and mentor cloud engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams. Implement automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and CI/CD best practices. Monitor cloud performance, availability, security, and cost management. Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and risk mitigation strategies. Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and cloud service agreements. Drive operational excellence through process improvements and automation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise technologymanagement. Strong experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP Expertise in cloud migration, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud environments, and cloud security. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code. Experience managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments and technical teams. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning.
