About the role
Role Overview: As a Cyber Security Sales Specialist at QuarkWiz, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the cybersecurity solutions portfolio. You should have 5-8 years of proven experience in cybersecurity sales, a deep understanding of evolving security landscapes, and the ability to build strong relationships with digital native and enterprise clients for delivering tailored security solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets for various cybersecurity solution offerings. - Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, and IT Directors to address their unique security challenges. - Conduct thorough assessments of customer security needs and recommend relevant cybersecurity solutions. - Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of cybersecurity products and services, emphasizing their value and differentiation. - Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and partner teams to customize security proposals that meet client expectations. - Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring an efficient process. - Stay updated on industry trends, cyber threats, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations. - Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition. - Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns, webinars, and industry events for overall sales pipeline growth. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of demonstrated success in cybersecurity sales or IT security solution selling within a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of core cybersecurity technologies including firewalls, WAF, SIEM, EDR, Zero trust solutions, Cloud Security, DLP, and related solutions. - Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and loyalty. - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is required. An MBA from a reputed college is preferred.
