About the role
Network Operations Engineer || Delhi Key responsibilities: - Monitor network performance and system alerts using various monitoring tools - Perform routine network maintenance and updates - IT / OT Network Segmentation & Troubleshooting - Document network issues and resolutions for future reference - Assist in the implementation of network upgrades and current technologies - Provide support for network-related incidents and outages - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards - Backup & Restore: Monitoring / Auditing - Service Requests (AD & M365) - Basic Outside Business hours support for Apps (IE: LMS Time Tracking) - Vulnerability Management Mandatory skills: - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) - Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software (mainly Cisco, Checkpoint, NetScaler) - Proven experience in network operations or a similar role (3+ years) - Participate in the on-call rotation with other members of the team to ensure support coverage for the global enterprise network - High-level proficiency with Cloud networking and virtualization technologies - Experience with backup solutions in an enterprise environment - Basic knowledge about Microsoft Server Operating Systems and good understanding of Active Directory and DNS services Tools and Technical stack: - CCNP-level practical experience with Wireless LAN and Network Management - Checkpoint Firewall Management Knowledge - VPN troubleshooting experience (Checkpoint, Citrix NetScaler) Compensation: Up to 1,500,000.00 per year Application Question(s): - What is your notice period (in days) - What is your CURRENT MONTHLY salary - What is your EXPECTED MONTHLY salary - Where do you currently live Please answer this truthfully else your application will be rejected. - This job is based in Delhi.
