Work Authorization: USC or Any Valid USA Work Authorization Job Type: Part time Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Extend solutions. Develop responsive user interfaces using the Workday Extend framework. Build custom business processes and workflows within Workday. Create and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external applications. Develop and maintain Workday integrations using: Workday Studio Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Cloud Connect Write and optimize Workday calculated fields, custom reports, and business process configurations. Implement Workday security roles and domain security. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver business solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis. Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides. Support Workday bi-annual releases and evaluate new Extend features. Follow Workday best practices for performance, security, and governance.
