Deputy Manager Infrastucture IT

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile IT Infrastructure Management Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure break & fix, including servers, Virtual Server , HP storage , firewall, networking equipment, and email systems (O365). Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services. Manage and monitor daily IT operations to ensure smooth business functioning. Coordinate routine maintenance activities and system upgrades with minimal business disruption. Support compliance requirements, audits, and assessments IT Cyber Security Monitor IT security controls, vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation activities. Vulnerability Assessment Asset & License Management Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. Ensure software license compliance and timely renewals. Backup & Disaster Recovery Manage data backup processes for all corporate applications and systems. Ensure backup integrity and support disaster recovery planning and testing. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement suitable IT solutions. Support IT initiatives and projects across multiple office locations. Vendor Management Liaise with external vendors and service providers for technical support, procurement, and issue resolution. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). End-User Support Provide timely support to users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Act as the escalation point for critical IT incidents and ensure effective resolution. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree / Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Experience 10-15 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and End-User Support. Experience in managing multi-location IT environments will be preferred.
