CSM developer

We are seeking a CSM Developer with expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and support. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and scripting. Key Responsibilities: Functional knowledge and at least one implementation of the CSM module in ServiceNow. Hands-on development experience with SOAP & RESTful APIs and ServiceNow scripting. Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, and other ServiceNow components . Experience in multiple integrations of ServiceNow with monitoring tools . Understanding of ServiceNow instance upgrades and patching (preferred but not mandatory). Practical experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and Service Portal . 1-2 years of experience in ServiceNow support roles (Incident, Problem, and Change Management). Proficiency in JavaScript, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, and client scripts for ServiceNow development. Ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend continuous service improvements . Functional understanding of NOW Experience UI Framework and JMS integrations . Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Machine Learning and Predictive Intelligence capabilities.
