Monitoring Engineer

Immediate Joiners We re seeking a full-time, Monitoring Resource for a complete cloud application, with basic SQL knowledge. Have experience in Monitoring. Basic knowledge of SQL Ability to create detailed functional documents and SoP Strong written and verbal communication abilities Solid organization skills, including time management and prioritization. Education Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Computer Science Roles & Responsibilities: Data and job monitoring activity. Follow calendar to ensure activities are completed and data are available Review and interpret the pattern of file receipt and prepare the plan accordingly Create, fill, and maintain the logs on regular basis without a delay Create and maintain SoP, rule-based runbook documentation. Communicate with business regarding file delays, file unavailability from vendor and follow-up to resolve. Take complete responsibility of the task end to end Support and monitor the process Identifying and reporting issues Should be able to work quickly and efficiently Estimate and deliver on tasks with high level of accuracy in an agile environment Communicate effectively and proactively with customers, Project Manager and project colleagues for the delay and unavailability of data files and to improve existing process and documents for monitoring. Should be ready to work in Evening shift and flexible with timings for any support tasks Ready to support during the weekends. (extra days and shifts are payable/comp off ) Mandatory Skills: SQL, Excel Skill to Evaluate: SQL, -Excel
