About the role
POSITION SUMMARY Develop, implement and lead the factory's EHS programs and strategies to ensure a safe and environmentally compliant work environment. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing risks and promoting sustainability across all operations. Provides consultation and training to employees on environmental, health, and safety matters. Implements, monitors, and enforces environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and procedures. Develops environmental, health, and safety plans, programs, and procedures. Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure ongoing compliance in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations in Mexico.
