About the role
The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for supporting existing products throughout their lifecycle by driving continuous improvement, resolving technical issues, implementing engineering changes, and ensuring product quality, reliability, and manufacturability. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Operations to maintain product performance while supporting business and customer requirements.
