About the role
The Wire Harness Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and coordination for wire harness design, development, validation, and manufacturing support activities. This role works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to ensure wire harness assemblies meet performance, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
