Senior Technical Leader

Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Technical Leader / Tech Manager with deep expertise in Matter protocol or related IoT standards and ecosystems (Thread, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, BLE). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IoT solution development or testing for connected home applications. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 10+ engineers, ensuring effective execution and performance Act as the primary client interface, providing daily updates, weekly/monthly reports, and participating in review meetings Own and drive end-to-end release management, including: Feature planning and tracking Issue tracking from previous releases Cross-team coordination QA execution and sign-off Customer support coordination Final delivery of committed milestones Apply strong SDLC knowledge to drive internal and external teams Collaborate with automation teams to implement CI/CD workflows using Jenkins Provide technical guidance in Networking and IoT domains Oversee QA activities including test planning, defect management, and release readiness Manage GitHub repositories (code reviews, branching strategies, release handling) Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Matter, Thread, Zigbee, BLE, Wi-Fi, or similar IoT communication protocol Hands-on experience in IoT solution development or QA/testing Good understanding of connected home ecosystems and smart device integration Knowledge of the end-to-end IoT product lifecycle (development to certification) Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Educational Qualifications BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSc IT Job Details Position: Senior Technical Leader Location: Banglore, India Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
