Jr. Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the creation, development, and enhancement of mechanical components and systems for our products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, proficiency in utilizing CAD software, and a proven track record of producing inventive and practical design solutions. Roles Responsibility Ability to capture and specify the design requirements. Research concept ideas using mathematical modeling to work out whether new developments and innovations would work and be cost-effective. Utilize CAD software (such as SolidWorks, Fusion360, Ansys) to generate detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for mechanical components and systems. Ensure designs adhere to established engineering principles, industry standards, and manufacturability guidelines. Exercise sound judgment in selecting suitable materials and manufacturing methodologies, factoring in variables like strength, cost, durability, and production feasibility. Attend design reviews to present design ideas and to discuss and critique alternative design solutions. Analyze and manage multiple design related issues to identify root cause. Modify designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyze until design meets specification requirements Make design changes on existing products. Guarantee that designs align with relevant industry benchmarks, adhere to safety protocols, and fulfill stringent quality standards. Effortlessly manage multiple concurrent design projects, meticulously adhering to project timelines and key milestones.
