About the role
As an Embedded Firmware Developer at Veya Technologies Private Limited, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Implement application-level logic using state machines, timers, interrupts, and fault-handling patterns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements and translate them into firmware features. - Define and conduct unit tests/bench tests, and formulate test cases aligned with requirements. - Assist the hardware team during prototype bring-up by performing power-on checks, I/O verification, and communication bring-up. - Manage firmware documentation, including module descriptions, interface notes, test logs, and release notes. - Utilize version control systems such as Git, and adhere to structured coding and review practices. - Provide support for integration activities and troubleshoot issues using logs and debugging tools. - Optionally, develop simple PC-side test utilities (Python/C#) for validating embedded HW+FW through a basic UI.
