Today, backed by some of India's most prominent business figures, we operate the largest such parks in the country. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an Infrastructure Director to assume full ownership of infrastructure development and maintenance across the goat park. This is a hands-on role encompassing the planning, construction, and upkeep of sheds and farm infrastructure, ensuring that all structures support strict veterinary preventive protocols and biosecurity standards, thereby preventing disease outbreaks at scale across a livestock population of thousands. The responsibilities include overseeing the construction and maintenance of sheds and panels; ensuring appropriate ventilation, drainage, and layout to support biosecurity and animal welfare. The role also requires coordinating execution through Park Heads, maintaining comprehensive activity logs, and escalating infrastructure and disease-related risks within hours rather than days. The ideal candidate will be strict, hands-on, and uncompromising in their approach, with a strong working knowledge of shed or warehouse construction. Prior experience overseeing farm or industrial construction, or leading livestock operations at scale, is highly preferred. Candidates with prior involvement in warehouse construction will be given additional consideration. What will you get to do? Ensure every shed and panel is built to spec for ventilation, drainage, spacing, and biosecurity before animals are moved in. Track construction budgets and material usage against approved estimates; flag overruns immediately. Inspect ongoing construction sites regularly and sign off only on work that meets quality and safety standards. Plan expansion and new shed/panel construction ahead of batch inflow, so infrastructure is never the bottleneck. Maintain and repair existing sheds and panels, damage, wear, or structural issues addressed within days, not weeks. Keep every construction site and completed structure free of weeds, stagnant water, damage, and dog entry points. What this role is not? This is not a role where site visits are occasional or contractor reports are signed off as a formality. The Infrastructure Director will be responsible for building and enforcing a system in which sheds and panels are constructed correctly the first time, across every park and every batch. The role extends beyond construction oversight, requiring the incumbent to plan builds ahead of need, drive daily execution through Park Heads, address deviations promptly, and hold themselves to the same standard expected of the team. The ability to enforce discipline, act decisively on every shortcut or lapse, and cultivate a culture in which quality is never compromised for speed will be critical to safeguarding infrastructure at scale.
