Technical Lead with Computer Vision - Pune

Role: Technical Lead - Computer Vision Shift: General Shift Work Mode: 5 Days WFO Location: Pune (NIBM) Budget: 35 LPA Experience: 7+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Required Skills: 7+ years of hands-on Computer Vision experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or Senior role, leading and mentoring a team of 3+ developers while providing technical direction. Architect, develop, optimize, and deploy production-grade Computer Vision solutions using Python, PyTorch, CUDA, and TensorRT for video analytics, object detection, tracking, segmentation, and recognition systems. Design, deploy, and optimize Computer Vision pipelines on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure (A4500, L4, or similar), NVIDIA Jetson edge devices (Orin, Xavier, or similar), Raspberry Pi, and other edge computing platforms. Perform architecture design, code reviews, establish coding standards and engineering best practices, optimize performance, and balance hands-on development with technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Work directly with customers to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, share project updates, manage delivery, resolve technical challenges, and serve as the primary technical point of contact. Experience with DeepStream, GStreamer optimization, CUDA/TensorRT optimization, model optimization, compression, quantization, ANPR, industrial vision systems, Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI, vLLM, and SGLang is highly preferred. .
