Lead Engineer (C++/ Golang)

We are looking for a skilled Lead Engineer with expertise in C++ and Golang to join our team at ViaSat India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using C++ and Golang. Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong proficiency in C++ and Golang programming languages. Experience in leading a team of engineers is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
